If it is “broken” in transit:
If your unit is shipped, and it is damaged in shipping, contact us right away. In this case, the carrier is liable, and we can apply for reimbursement of the costs.
If your unit is not working (either in-warranty or out-of-warranty), contact us by phone at (707) 823-0336 or by email by completing our Contact Form. We will issue an RMA, for the return of your instrument.
