If it is “broken” in transit:
If your unit is shipped, and it is damaged in shipping, contact us right away. In this case, the carrier is liable, and we can apply for reimbursement of the costs.
If your unit is not working (either in-warranty or out-of-warranty), contact us first. If it is in-warranty, we will issue an RMA, and have you complete a Service Request Form for Qal-Tek Associates. Put the RMA number prominently on the Service Request Form and on the package to be sent to Qal-Tek. Package the instrument well to protect it from breakage to insure its safe delivery to its destination.
DO NOT SEND the unit for repair or recalibration to International Medcom, Inc. Packages sent without an RMA number will be refused acceptance. They will be returned to you at your expense.
If the unit has stopped working properly, see our Warranty page.
