Return Policy

If it is “broken” in transit:

If your unit is shipped, and it is damaged in shipping, contact us right away. In this case, the carrier is liable, and we can apply for reimbursement of the costs.

If your unit is not working (either in-warranty or out-of-warranty), contact us first. If it is in-warranty, we will issue an RMA, and send the repair authorization form to RSCS. Put the RMA number prominently on the package to be sent to RSCS. Package it well to protect it from breakage. Insure it’s safe delivery to it’s destination.

DO NOT SEND the unit for repair or recalibration to International Medcom. Packages sent without an RMA number will be refused acceptance. They will be returned to you at your expense.

If the unit has stopped working properly, see our Warranty page.
